I like the idea for this topic, though I think it should be placed in the Off-Topic forum! It doesn't have much to do with the guild itself, discussing 'IRL' stuff..

You all know me as Ennys in World of Warcraft, the always helpful, dry-witted and (hopefully) respectable feral druid who rips for a living and swipes for fun. In the real world my name is Rens Simons, a 21-year old guy from the southern end of the Netherlands. I have a full-time job working as a waiter and barkeep at cafe Havenzicht in Heusden, a nice old fortified town near the Maas river. I have little more than a secondary school diploma at the moment, but have tried my hand at several university-level courses since. Among other things I have studied English language and grammar, Greek and Norse mythology, communicational science and linguistics. I'm deeply interested in all of these subjects, but cannot seem to muster the patience to actually finish what I start!
In my spare time, I like to play World of Warcraft (obviously), go to the cinema to watch the latest blockbusters with my girlfriend, read a book to unwind or go out in-line skating when the weather is nice enough. My taste in film comprises every genre in existence so long as the film in question is good and my taste in music varies from 70s and 80s classic rock, modern rock and alt rock to cheesy pop music, Lady GaGa's eclectic dance beats and from eery ambient music to the more forgiving forms of heavy metal. Saying I have broad taste is putting it mildly.
I started playing World of Warcraft way back in the summer of 2006, on a particularly dreary weekend. My early days in WoW consisted of rerolling new characters every day, trying out all the classes and seeing all the sights. I never really got into the swing of it and decided to quit. When the Burning Crusade expansion pack was released in 2007 I returned and stuck around a bit longer this time, but even though I had bought the expansion I never made it to Outland before I quit again out of sheer boredom.
Come Wrath of the Lich King I again reopened my account and started playing a brand new character on a brand new server. That character would eventually end up in bits-and-bites oblivion, but the damage was done; I was hooked. I rolled Ennys in the summer of 2009 and I haven't been away from the game since. The Druid class is really my cup of tea; I love the versatility, the stealthiness, the fantastic sustained DPS and the strong tanking capabilities of both feral forms. I love the flying form Druids can take on and I love the philosophy and the lore behind the class from a role-playing point of view. Chances are I will be playing this character for a long time to come, and you can be pretty sure she will be ready for the Cataclysm..
Oh, and because they say that a picture means more than a thousand words..
